Phillip Schofield returns with a second series of The Cube, the nerve-wracking gameshow which tests contestants’ skill and determination to the maximum.

Each week a new challenger takes on the might of The Cube, trying to complete a series of tricky games while under intense pressure. The new series features some fabulous new games which will seriously test the contestants as they try for the massive £250,000 prize.

The players have nine lives and must get through up to seven tasks to win. Each game looks deceptively simple, but nothing is as easy as it seems for the contestant standing inside The Cube, as they feel the tension of the spotlight and the scrutiny of the studio audience. The players will need speed, agility, memory and balance if they are to triumph.

The show uses state of the art filming techniques, including Gamefreeze, which has been upgraded in order to catch all the edge-of-the-seat excitement and drama inside The Cube.
