Ed Tullett is a Brighton-based English (born in Oxford, October 1993) artist, songwriter and producer. Having released early acoustic work during a short stint signed to Equal Vision Records in 2012-13, his work has since developed significantly, crafting his own lyrically rich, falsetto and harmony driven dark electronic-acoustic style. As well as having remixes of both Bon Iver (‘Hinnom, TX’ Remix featured on the Spotify Bon Iver Stems Project release) and Local Natives recognized and shared by the original artists, Ed’s current work includes a collaboration with burgeoning alternative-folk artist Novo Amor, having released a single in June 2014 together by Dumont Dumont (RY X) and Norway-based label Brilliance Records. The single was premiered on Earmilk, whilst its video premiered on NPR Music, and has had airplay on BBC Radio 1 and a placement in 'Bones' on USA channel, FOX. Other placements include songs in 'Reign' and various MTV programming. Ed has played SXSW, as well as a headline UK tour and supporting Tegan & Sara. Current work includes composing a full score for a feature-film, working with emerging talent, Violet Skies, whilst looking to release his completed new solo record.
